Based on factory area 26,560m², factory owns over 150 excellent employees, 6 research and development workers, 12 QC workers, 6 production lines, 4 million pieces balloons per day. Windmill have professional QC, your satisfaction is our target. We produce full size and full colors of round balloons, printed balloons, confetti balloons, metallic balloons and magic balloons. Our balloons pass EN 71 part 1, 2, 3, 9 and 12 testing, ASTM and CPSIA, “Prop 65”.

We improve continually balloons and technology during 20 years and make our latex balloons accepted and sell to everywhere of the world.
Our balloons passed EN71 part 12 in 2010 , because they are safer and sold to EU and expanded market . We cooperated with Target in USA and received more orders in 2011. that made our service more professional, we started training QC and got the whole inspection process of Target We cooperated with Dollar tree and family dollar and Amscan of uk in 2012 We received orders of Woolworth and Kmart in 2014 , and improved audit and inspection process . We cooperated with Walmart in 2017 ; and passed BSCI audit and FCCA and SCS .
